To Michael : I stopped you on London Bridge for a natter. You smiled that infectious smile and we talked for a few minutes. At a Premier reunion some time later you said that I made you miss your train. You didn't tell me that at the time and that was typical of you. A perfect gentleman and very gracious. I can't believe you have gone. To Michael's family: Michael was our boss at Premier. If it is any small consolation to you, Michael was much loved and admired by all he came into contact with and in the world of business that is really something. He was really something.
